Henry Lin, Future Nobel Laureate?

For his oral presentation this summer, senior Henry Lin was named one of the Top Five Awardees to attend the 2012 Research Science Institute (RSI) held at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). This year, the RSI selected eighty-one students from around the world to participate in original research with MIT scientists and engage in lectures by speakers as accomplished as Nobel laureates. Lin worked with Dr. Michael McDonald and Dr. Eric Miller at MIT Kavli Institute to estimate a certain type of astrophysical bias in an emerging class of galaxy cluster surveys. Caddo Magnet is proud of Henry and looks forward to the changes that he will make to better our world.
