This Mathematics Club is open to all students to discuss math problems, play math games and prepare for competition. Students will attend math competition and prepare for the American Math Competition held in the spring. The American Math Competition (AMC) is an international competition. All competitions are held at the school. The first AMC test is given in February. Anyone who scores high enough will be invited to take the American Invitational Math Exam (AIME). Winners are recognized with pins, plaques and named in the AMC annual results. Club members can earn service hours by tutoring others.
